What Is the Baptist General Conference Gospel Declaration?

Bethlehem Baptist Church is affiliated with the Baptist General Conference, now called Converge Worldwide. Converge just released a new document entitled Gospel Declaration: A Call to Gospel-Informed Ministry.
I applaud President Jerry Sheveland and the leadership for leading with doctrine more than with programs or campaigns. We have to have programs and we’re going to have campaigns, but convictions about truth are what unify and foster faithfulness.
Two principal developers of the declaration are Gregg Heinsch, who apprenticed at Bethlehem, and David Howard, who attends the North Campus. See their explanations behind the declaration.
