Consider starting a Shepherd Group if you ... want to minimize the hazards of your own blind spots, love people, want closer fellowship in the church, want to build connections within a neighborhood, and want to partner with the elders in caring for the flock that the Great Shepherd of the sheep bought via the blood of the eternal covenant.
