This past Sunday a new work of liberation, belongingness, holiness, restoration, and hope took another step as Jubilee Community Church launched their public services in South Minneapolis with John Erickson as pastor.
In the Bible, the sounding of the ram’s horn meant good news of liberty, belongingness, holiness, restoration, and hopes fulfilled—it was called jubilee.
This summer, I preached at the installation of Jubilee’s historic first elders. Not everyone can attend Jubilee, but everyone who reads this blog can pray for Jubilee.
