Upcoming Leader Trainings

In just a few weeks we will have another round of shepherd leader trainings at all 3 campuses. If you're interested in leading or starting a small group and have not attended one of our two-day trainings, we hope you will consider coming to one listed below.

These trainings are a unique opportunity to hear in just two sessions the vision behind Bethlehem's small group ministry, the hopes and expectations we have for each of our groups and their leaders, and the practical principles we've learned over the years for how to lead a small group.

If you've already gone through the training, think of one person or couple that you consider a good potential leader and invite them to attend one of the weekends. It's a great opportunity for you to encourage someone in whom you see God working.
