No Fear of Burning in Hell

Ron Reagan, media commentator, describes himself as “Unabashed atheist, not afraid of burning in hell.”

This is not a statement about the reality of hell, but is a statement of his apparent lack of fear.

Reagan and I have this in common. That is, neither of us is afraid of burning in hell … but for very different reasons.

I believe Jesus and the Bible are not lying, mistaken, or deluded when they speak of the reality of the hell of fire, torment day and night forever and ever, a fiery furnace with weeping and gnashing of teeth … and I believe that God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him (who he is and what he has accomplished) should not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16).

I invite Ron Reagan to join me in having no fear of hell for that reason.
