By the sovereignty of God, the Good News Festival & Clinic attracted several neighbors from a Muslim background who entered Bethlehem's front doors, saw the love of Jesus displayed in tangible ways, and heard the gospel of God's grace that can save their souls. Entering a church is a big step for some of these people.

The clothes and ethnic food were particularly well received, and we pray that more of these neighbors would come to the next Festival as a result of word-of-mouth from those who came on October 29.

Bethlehem already has a name with Somalis because of SALT, and many have prayed that there be additional creative ways to engage our neighbors with the love of Christ.

Let's pray that we as a church would continue to engage these neighbors with the glorious gospel in greater ways in 2012!
