Late last night an 8.9 magnitude earthquake and subsequent tsunami occurred off the coast northeast of Tokyo. We have four global partner families living and serving in Japan. We heard from three households this morning letting us know they were safe and only slightly shaken.
Japan is still considered unreached, and has been a challenging field for missionaries throughout the years. As Lisa, one of our global partners wrote, Please pray for northern Japan that many would turn their hearts to the one true God during this crises.
