Today, Tuesday, June 26, Pastor Sam Crabtree filmed a video update on the succession plans for Pastor Jason Meyer to assume the role of Pastor for Preaching & Vision from Pastor John Piper.
Summary of Plan Adopted by the Council of Elders
- A congregational vote has been scheduled for Sunday, December 16, 2012 (Annual Meeting), on Jason Meyer's transition from Associate Pastor for Preaching & Vision, to Pastor for Preaching & Vision.
- If approved, this change would take effect April 1, 2013.
