What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things?
Loving North Minneapolis
As I worked today in North Minneapolis with several others from Bethlehem to help with post-tornado clean-up, I was ...
- Amazed at the extent of the destruction: trees down, cars crushed, garages flattened, homes damaged—incredible need everywhere.
- Excited to see the Church and Christian organizations there doing work and ministering to people before the government agencies and larger NGOs were even on site.
- Filled with joy to see people from all backgrounds, ages and ethnicities working together with a common purpose to clean up and get people back in their houses.
What a gift to be able to live out Matthew 5:16, “Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give gloriy to your Father who is in heaven.”
