April 4
Campus Specific Topics & Speakers

Downtown Campus
Kids and Correction
Pastor Sam Crabtree
Pastor Sam will focus on the importance for moms to correct their young children, underscoring the importance by showing what can happen when we don't correct. He will offer practical suggestions on how to practice correction without going crazy.

North Campus
Communication in Marriage
Ruth Bauman
Our God made us for relationship. Like him, we are communicators. We are always in relationship with God and others, communicating something all the time. But our communication is fallen, broken by sin and marred by suffering, needing his redemption and restoration. Taking the psalms as our blueprint, we will consider speaking to God and to our spouses with new openness, grace, and honesty.

South Campus
Navigating the Culture
John Helmberger, Minnesota Family Council
Today the controversial issue of gender identity increasingly confronts us and even our children. Let’s look past the heated rhetoric that inflames the debate to understand the issue from a biblical perspective. John will share practical help for talking with children about this subject and for loving the gender-confused children and adults in our lives.
