• our new Downtown Campus Elder Michael Thiel
• An adjusted 2012 budget of $9,550,000 (which includes $100,000 to replenish our Church & Missions reserves).

• We viewed the year-end “Treasurer’s Report” (review/overview of 2011 finances—how the year ended)
• We heard a South Site update from Ron Vriese
