Creating an account: Go to http://newuser.hopeingod.org and fill out the form. After you have submitted the form, our staff will verify your account and you will then be able to register for BBC events.
Changing your account password: In order to change your password, go to http://changepassword.hopeingod.org and enter your username, old password, and the new password in the form.
Changing your address/contact information: In order to change your address or contact information, go to http://editprofile.hopeingod.org and log in. Once you’re logged in, you will be able to see and edit your contact information attached to your account.
Help! I forgot my username and/or password: If you’ve forgotten your username or password, go to http://loginhelp.hopeingod.org, and you will be asked to verify your identity and your email address. Once you’ve verified these, your username or a new password will be emailed to you at the email address we have on file for your account. Note: If we do not have your date of birth in our system, or if we don’t have a personal email address for your record, you will have to create a new account (see Creating an account above).
Registering for Events: Events at Bethlehem that allow for online registration will have a link published that will take you to the start of the process. When you register online for an event at Bethlehem, you will first be asked to log in to your weblink account with your username and password. Once you’ve logged in, the first registration screen will appear and you can start signing up for the event. Hint: Just like registering for anything else on the web, don’t walk away from your computer once you start the process, or eventually your session will time out and you’ll have to start over.
Giving Online: You can give to Bethlehem or various ministries online by going to http://giving.hopeingod.org. Once you log in, you will be able to give a one-time gift or a recurring gift with a credit card or from a checking account.
