To the contrary, “if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by doing so you will heap burning coals on his head.” Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
Testimony of Neely Tamminga
In act of obedience, I volunteered to help in Sunday school this year. God has been so faithful to my family in this service!
- Our son has thrived in his regular attendance of Kindergarten
- I have learned much about God in studying along with our first graders in the attributes of God. Revisiting fundamental attributes of our Lord blessed me immensely. Among my favorites were Faithful, Wrath, Glorious, and Worthy. For my son, I believe he is starting to grasp his need for a Savior.
- I have been blessed by the faithful, regular service of new friends from church on our team
- I have felt love in prayer, smiles, and notes of encouragement along the way.
- GOD IS GOOD!”
We would like to talk with you about serving the Lord among children/youth for the 2012/2013 school year. Join us at the Family Discipleship Department table that will be set up at all the campuses during various weekends this summer. Have questions about volunteering? Contact the following:
