Building One People

Last year, Bethlehem began the journey of selecting a South Campus building site. After considering several sites, Jurel Way in Lakeville was selected.

We, by God’s help, have overcome many obstacles through the negotiation process. However, we still have work to do to ensure that this site is adequate. Please continue to pray for our South Campus Selection and Development Team (Klaas Van Zee, Marc Heinrich, Jon Hendricks) as they continue to work on finalizing site development plans.

Pray that ...

• As we work with the architect and builder, the final cost estimates for the building come in at or below our preliminary budget for the project.
• As the site plan is configured, it will allow for an adequate building & parking space and street improvement.
• As we work with the city officials, we will be able to resolve various issues as they arise.
