A Change of Form
By Bud Burk, Pastor for Child and Youth Discipleship, Downtown

But you, O Lord, are a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness. Turn to me and be gracious to me; give your strength to your servant, and save the son of your maidservant.—Psalm 86:15–16

Kenny Stokes, Lead Pastor, Downtown Campus

Published by: Sam Crabtree
October 13, 2013

During the Desiring God conference a couple weeks ago I heard a phrase that gripped me so that I wrote it down, but failed to note who said it. I would cite the source here, but I don’t remember who it was I heard say it; namely, the wonderful phrase “compassionately unflinching, and unflinchingly compassionate ...”
