Bethlehem's Foreign Missions Policies

We believe that God's missionary heart has placed many weighty responsibilities upon the church. We must pray for laborers to work in his harvest field (Matthew 10:38). We must play a vital role in equipping those whom God has called to the field (Ephesians 4:11-12). We must be willing to send out some of our best members to the work to which God has called them (Acts 13:1-4). And we must be willing to substantially support them (3 John 6).

Our Missionary Strategies
Therefore, the Foreign Missions Committee and the Missions Department aim, with God's help, to promote praying, training, sending, and supporting, so that as many as possible can be sent out to fulfill the Great Commission. Our missions policies help and guide us in our desire to equip and send well those who go out for the sake of the name. Whether you are pursuing career missions, mid-term missions, or short-term missions, we want your pursuit to be as beneficial and effective as possible.
