Our Convictions

We are motivated by certain driving convictions that drive our understanding of worship, missions, and God's glory. These have defined us as a church and have helped formed our policies and programs. John Piper's book, Let the Nations Be Glad, also includes many ideas that have been influential in missions at Bethlehem. We are convinced that there is no greater satisfaction than the satisfaction of doubling our joy in Jesus Christ as we share it with the world around us.

Our Connections
Over the years God has brought Bethlehem into relationship with institutions and people groups overseas. We seek to glorify God through our relationships and strive to be a blessing to them. Please read about what God has been doing.

Driving Convictions

Bethlehem had a vision for missions for more than 100 years. Read why we are committed to foreign missions.

Cameroon Connection

Over the last couple of decades God has led Bethlehem to partner with the Cameroon Baptist Theological Seminary.

Kachin Connection

Bethlehem's history in foreign missions is long. Olan Hanson was one of our first missionaries.

No Greater Satisfaction

The pursuit of God's glory and the pursuit of your joy are not at odds. They are, in fact, one.

We have an ongoing relationship with the Maninka, an unreached people found in Guinea, West Africa.
